30-day return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Please keep your order confirmation and packaging until you're certain you want to keep the item.

1. Email us at support@creasionapparel.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return label if applicable
3. Package your item securely with all original tags
4. Ship the return using the provided label or method
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Want a different size or color? Email us at support@creasionapparel.com and we'll help you exchange your item.

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
